Carolina Ceballos

Carolina Ceballos is currently the Chief Compliance Officer at Paxos. Prior to their current role, Carolina worked as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer for Facebook Payments and as the Regional Vice President of AML-Compliance for Latin America and the Caribbean for Western Union.

Carolina has a long history of working in compliance-related roles and has been instrumental in developing compliance programs and initiatives for both Facebook and Western Union. Carolina has a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the compliance risks associated with international payments ecosystems. Carolina is a valuable asset to any organization, and their experience and expertise make their an invaluable member of the Global Compliance organization.

Carolina Ceballos has a Master's degree in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Fraud Prevention from EM Strasbourg Business School, a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, and a Certification from ACAMS in CAMS.

They are on a team with Rich Teo - Co-Founder & CEO, Asia, Madan Nagaldinne - Chief People Officer, and Yoram Talmor - VP, Engineering. Their manager is Charles Cascarilla, CEO & Co-Founder.
