Raj Kathwadia

Raj Kathwadia began their work experience in 2017 as a Business Systems Consultant at Wells Fargo, where they managed multiple releases, created presentations for higher management, and facilitated communication between various groups. In 2018, they joined U.S. Bank as an EDD Compliance Analyst, completing negative news work items for both U.S. and non-U.S. entities. Later that year, they moved to Wells Fargo Securities as a Financial Crimes Consultant, specializing in AML risk analysis and compliance. They gained expertise in customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence policies. In 2022, they started working at Paxos as a Compliance Associate.

Raj Kathwadia pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Raj attended the university from 2013 to 2017.
