Shane Toole

Shane Toole currently serves as the Head of Employer Brand & Internal Communications at Paxos, a premier blockchain infrastructure platform, since February 2023. Prior to this role, Shane spent nearly a decade at Shopify, working up from Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to Employer Brand Marketing Lead, where responsibilities included leading global branding strategies and executing recruitment marketing campaigns. Shane's earlier experience includes founding Blackmuck and serving as Marketing Manager at Wine Station, where significant social media initiatives were implemented. An educational background includes a Bachelor of International Business from Carleton University, alongside further studies in Project Management and International Finance at respective institutions.
