Timna Trajman Molberger

Timna Trajman Molberger currently serves as the Head of School Success at Cartwheel since April 2024 and works as a Career Advisor at Pay Forward Coaching, providing free career services to professionals. Previously, Timna held multiple roles at Ellevation Education, including VP of Customer Success and Support, where oversight of six functional areas led to significant improvements in gross margin and customer retention. Timna has also consulted for Wilson Language Training and contributed as a founding member of Chief, a network for women in leadership. Earlier experience includes key positions at Visible Measures, where leadership in data solutions, analytics, and marketing was paramount, as well as roles in education and program coordination at institutions such as Citi and Harvard University. Timna holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from Connecticut College and has additional educational experiences at The Tuck School of Business and American University.
