Bentham W. Stradley

Ben is a Managing Partner of Pay Governance LLC and has been advising organizations on executive and director compensation and related governance matters for nearly 20 years. Throughout his career, he has worked with both boards and senior management of many of the nation's most prominent public and privately- held companies across a broad range of industries.

Ben concentrates on assisting clients develop and govern executive pay arrangements in a manner that reinforces business priorities and aligns management and investor interests over the long-term. Many of his engagements involve the design and calibration of incentive arrangements, executive employment and change-in-control agreements, executive benefits, and non-employee director remuneration. In addition, Ben also assists clients consider the implications of various regulatory issues relating to the design and governance of their programs, including disclosure, taxation, accounting, and equity incentive award valuation.
