Anita Shah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and project management. Currently serving as Executive Business Manager in the Chief Executive’s Office at Pay.UK, Shah plays a pivotal role in supporting strategic projects and governance initiatives. Previous roles include contributions to the BBC as a banking and money expert, interim leadership positions at Experian and TheCityUK, and a solid track record in external communications at Barclaycard. With a legal background from Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co and Arthur Andersen, combined with not-for-profit sector consultancy, Shah has demonstrated strong capabilities in governance, communication strategies, and business development.
