Ammad Rai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth operations and account management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Growth Operations at Payactiv since November 2018. Previously held titles at Payactiv include Senior Manager for Standard Operating Procedures, where Ammad redefined and implemented critical processes across the organization, and Team Lead for Activations, managing a team of 30 to enhance client onboarding and support. Ammad also has a background in software compliance at Embarcadero Technologies, account management at Ranorex for the Middle East and APAC regions, and international sales at Axact. Earlier career roles include business development at FixOnClick and various project-based positions, showcasing a strong foundation in operations, client relations, and team leadership.
