Gary Palmer

Gary Palmer has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Gary founded Payall Payment Systems, Inc. in 2018, where they serve as the Founder, Chairman, and CEO. Payall has developed innovative infrastructure for financial institutions, specifically for international money transfers and cross-border payments. Palmer also founded Agile Partners in 2016, where they currently hold the position of Executive Chairman. Agile Partners is a "people platform" dedicated to FinTech companies. In 2018, Palmer became the Chairman of First Performance, a B2B enterprise software company that offers financial controls and digital engagement solutions to card issuers and processors. Gary also served as the Chairman of TECS Telecommunication & E-Commerce Solutions GmbH from 2016 to 2018, leading to its sale to Bluefin. Prior to these roles, Palmer was the Owner of Funderdome and Chairman and Co-Founder of Adaptive Payments, Inc., both of which were sold to other companies. Gary also held executive positions in Wave Crest Holdings and FIS. In 2007, Palmer served as a Director at Tuxedo Money Solutions. Before entering the financial industry, they worked in various management roles at Circuit City.
