Julia Marina, Esq., CAMS, CIPP/US, CIPM, has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Julia is currently serving as the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Payall Payment Systems, Inc. Since joining the company in June 2021, their responsibilities include overseeing legal matters and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Prior to their current role, Julia worked at Kaufman Rossin as a Privacy, Cybersecurity & Regulatory Compliance Consultant from March 2018 to June 2021. Here, they provided expert advice on privacy and cybersecurity matters, as well as assisted with compliance issues.

In 2017, Julia served as an Associate Attorney at Silver Law Group, where they gained experience in various areas of law. Julia worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a Legal Intern from September 2016 to November 2016, further expanding their legal knowledge.

From October 2014 to September 2016, Julia worked as a Regulatory Compliance Officer, AVP, at EFG Capital International Corp. In this role, they ensured the company's compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Before their time at EFG Capital, Julia served as a Group Director at Morgan Stanley from July 2010 to September 2014. Here, they provided financial advisory services and managed client portfolios.

Julia's career began at UBS, where they worked as a Registered Representative from January 2006 to July 2010. This experience provided their with a solid foundation in financial services and customer relations.

Julia Marina, Esq., CAMS, CIPP/US, CIPM, holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Finance, General from Florida International University - College of Business from 2005 to 2006. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Florida International University, which they completed from 2000 to 2005.

In addition to their academic achievements, Julia Marina also holds several certifications. Julia is a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) and a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US), obtained from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in October 2019. Julia also earned the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) credential from ACAMS in November 2015.
