Rinwara Tanakittada has a solid work experience in the payroll operations field. Rinwara started their career as a Payroll Consultant at Humanica Public Company Limited in 2013 and worked there until 2014. Rinwara then moved to Pace Development Corporation Plc as an HR Supervisor from November 2014 to April 2015. Returning to Humanica Public Company Limited, they worked as a Senior Payroll Consultant from May 2015 to June 2017. Rinwara then joined RSM Thailand as a Senior Payroll Advisor in July 2017 and eventually became a Senior Advisor I (Payroll Specialist) from July 2018 to April 2019. Currently, they are employed at PayAsia as a Payroll Operation and Implementation Consultant from May 2019 to August 2019, Payroll Lead from August 2019 to October 2019, and Payroll Operations Manager from October 2019 to present. Rinwara holds their current role as a Senior Regional Payroll Operations Manager since April 2023.
Rinwara Tanakittada attended Assumption University of Thailand from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
