Juergen Hesse

Juergen Hesse has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies and roles. Juergen currently works at PAYBACK as the Director of New Market Development, where they are responsible for expanding the business into new markets through client acquisition and strategic partnerships. Previously, they served as the CEO (Interim) at PAYBACK Mexico.

Prior to their current roles at PAYBACK, Hesse worked at Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH as a Sales & Business Development professional, where they successfully signed-on new clients for loyalty management software subscriptions, including United Airlines and a major Swiss bank.

Before that, Hesse held multiple positions at PAYBACK Mexico, including Chief Marketing & Product Officer, VP & Member of Executive Board, Director of Marketing Platform, and Director of Operations. In these roles, they directed various departments and spearheaded initiatives such as the launch of a new app and the optimization of campaign metrics.

Hesse also worked as a Go-to-Market Manager and International Operations professional at PAYBACK and held consulting and project management roles at Client Vela GmbH.

Throughout their career, Hesse has demonstrated strong leadership and business development skills, as well as expertise in marketing, product management, and customer experience.

Juergen Hesse's education history begins in 1998 when they enrolled in The Philipp University of Marburg, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General until 2000. Juergen then pursued further education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2001 and 2002, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Following this, from 2003 to 2005, Hesse attended FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General, although no specific degree was provided. Most recently, in 2017 and 2018, they attended Harvard Business School, completing the Harvard Certificate in Leadership Excellence.
