Yu Namie is a seasoned professional in design strategy and customer experience, currently serving as Head of CX at Paybyrd since August 2023 and working as a self-employed Design Strategist since April 2023. With extensive experience across various organizations, including DPDK Digital Agency as a UX Designer and Board of Innovation as a Business Designer, Yu excels in bridging the gap between users, businesses, technologies, and cultures to facilitate corporate innovation and service design. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in International Studies from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in German Studies from Dokkyo University.
