Joanna Pietropaoli

Joanna Pietropaoli is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Foundry, a Digital Currency Group company, Joanna is focused on providing key resources to the digital currency mining industry. Prior to this role, Joanna held multiple positions at Paychex, including Global Compensation Manager and Human Resources Business Partner, overseeing global compensation programs and offering strategic HR consulting. Joanna has also worked at the University of Rochester Medical Center and M&T Bank, where responsibilities included talent management, succession planning, change management, and employee development. Joanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Economics from Colgate University and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
