John Manos

John Manos is an accomplished Enterprise Program Manager at Paychex, with a sophisticated background in overseeing operational efficiencies and digital onboarding initiatives. Since joining Paychex in October 2011, John has successfully delivered several strategic projects, including the implementation of the first client-facing eCommerce solution and managing significant programs that enhance client self-onboarding experiences. Prior to Paychex, John held key positions at Mindex Technologies and EDS, leveraging extensive software architecture and project management expertise to deliver innovative solutions. John holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems from the University of Rochester and a BS in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
