Lauren McConnell

Lauren McConnell serves as a Communications Program Analyst for Strategic Accounts at Paychex since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in marketing and communications. As the Owner of Inside Out Nutrition LLC since February 2018, Lauren combines expertise in holistic health acquired as a Master Nutrition Therapist from the Nutrition Therapy Institute with a strong marketing background gained from a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Boston College. Previous roles include Online Marketing Manager and Reporting & Marketing Assistant at Obu Interactive, Research Assistant at the Framingham Heart Study, and Marketing Intern for the Boston Blazers, along with experience as a nanny for private family clients.
