Stephanie Schifano

Stephanie Schifano, MBA, is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in employee engagement strategy and sales enablement at Paychex since March 2017. In previous roles, Stephanie directed marketing communications at Hammer Packaging, lead community relations at Frontier Communications, and managed marketing strategies at Villa of Hope. Additionally, experience as an Adjunct Faculty at both Rochester Institute of Technology and Monroe Community College involved mentoring students in fitness and strategic career paths. Stephanie also functions as a Master of Ceremonies, DJ, and Event Planner with Full House Entertainment of Rochester, showcasing a diverse skill set in marketing and community engagement. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from St. John Fisher University, along with an Associate's degree in Visual Communications from Monroe Community College.
