Terry Sukalski

Terry Sukalski is the current Vice President of Human Resource Services Sales at Paychex. Prior to this, they served as the Region Vice President & General Manager at Ricoh USA from January 2008 to September 2011. In this role, they were responsible for the management and results of Ricoh's direct sales organization in the United States. This included approximately 3,000 direct sales reps with a sales plan of $1.53b in hardware/software and $897m in enterprise services.

Some of their individual accountabilities included supervision of the District Vice Presidents, developing and managing business plans for execution of sales strategies, revenue growth, and profitability in direct channel, and leading employee engagement and communication. Terry was also responsible for increasing new client development and leading repositioning to advanced horizontal services / solutions.

During their time at Ricoh USA, they created, managed, and supported the Business Plan/KPI Metrics for Ricoh USA. Terry also conducted monthly Business Development Calls to drive the business and review and inspect forecasts.
