Lauren Jenks-Jones

Lauren Jenks-Jones, M.Ed., currently serves as the Supervisor of Learning and Development at Paycom since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at the Oklahoma State Department of Education as Executive Director of Early Childhood Education and Director of Early Childhood from June 2019 to January 2023, and as an Oklahoma Excel Math Instructional Specialist. Additionally, Lauren held various positions at Teach For America, including Manager of Teacher Leadership Development and Kindergarten Content Specialist. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Technology Educator and iPad Coordinator at Coolidge Elementary School and participating in the Urban Leaders Fellowship. Lauren holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Arkansas.
