Udayanga Gamage

Udayanga Gamage has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Udayanga is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Payconiq International since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at IFS as a Software Architect from June 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining IFS, Udayanga held multiple roles at DigitalX (Pvt) Ltd. Udayanga began as a Senior Technical Specialist in August 2019 and then transitioned to the role of Associate Software Architect in January 2021, where they worked until June 2021.

Udayanga's previous experience also includes working at Pearson, where they served as a Technical Specialist from March 2019 to August 2019. Before that, they were an Associate Technical Specialist from April 2017 to March 2019 and a Senior Software Engineer from June 2014 to March 2017.

Additionally, Udayanga worked at Virtusa as an Engineer - Technology from April 2013 to June 2014. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate Engineer - Technology from May 2011 to April 2013 and started their career as an Apprentice from January 2011 to May 2011.

From 2007 to 2011, Udayanga Gamage attended SLIIT (Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology) where they pursued a BSc Special(Hons) in Information Technology, specializing in the field of Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, Udayanga has obtained certifications in "Programming Foundations: Design Patterns" from Lynda.com in December 2018, and "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate" from Amazon Web Services in December 2018.
