Anna Burkhart Turner has had a diverse and successful career in product management and leadership roles. Anna is currently working at Paycor as the Senior Vice President of Product. Prior to joining Paycor, they worked at PeopleScout as the Global Senior Vice President of Product & Strategy. Anna also held positions at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), Ultimate Software, Snagajob, PeopleMatter powered by Snagajob, Benefitfocus, and Blackbaud. At UKG and Ultimate Software, Anna oversaw product development operations and led teams in executing product strategies. At Snagajob and PeopleMatter powered by Snagajob, they set vision and strategy for product portfolios and led product management teams. Anna also worked at Benefitfocus as a Product Manager and at Blackbaud as a Product Line Manager and Corporate Recruiter. Anna'sexperience spans various industries and they have a proven track record of driving innovation and success in product development.

Anna Burkhart Turner holds a Masters degree in Business and Administration from The Citadel, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Anna has acquired various certifications including being a Certified Accelerator and Activator of Competitive Intelligence from Crayon, Silicon Valley Product Group Trained, a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), a Certified ScrumMaster, a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute, a Group Benefit Associate (GBA) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), and completed the Practical Product Management program offered by Pragmatic Marketing.
