Brad Carmella

Brad Carmella, MBA, has significant experience in knowledge analysis and client advocacy, currently serving as a Senior Knowledge Analyst at Paycor since October 2018, where responsibilities include enhancing knowledge initiatives and analyzing customer interaction data. Prior roles at Paycor involved various positions focused on improving client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving in payroll services. Additionally, Brad served as a Service and Support Administrator at the Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities, overseeing the authorization of substantial funding and ensuring compliance with regulations. Earlier experience includes working at St. Joseph Orphanage, where responsibilities encompassed facilitating transitions for youth and managing mental health cases. Brad holds an MBA from Miami University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Morehead State University.
