Lead Product Manager at Paycor

Erin Minella has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Erin started their career as a Deputy Court Clerk at Clermont County Municipal Court, where they gained experience in processing payments, traffic citations, criminal charges, and assisting with research and filings. Erin later joined HR Profile as a Court Liasion/Investigator and Team Member, responsible for completing background information for employment applicants and verifying applicants' logistical information. Erin then ventured into entrepreneurship by becoming an Owner/Manager of a Mister Softee franchise, where they grew the business from one to four franchises, catering to local routes, corporate events, and private functions. Following this, they joined American Modern Insurance Group as a Licensed Sales & Service Recreational Vehicle Representative. Currently, Erin works at Paycor, with a progression of roles starting from HRIS Consultant and eventually transitioning to Associate Product Owner, Lead Product Owner, and currently holds the position of Lead Product Manager. In their various roles at Paycor, they have gained experience in HRIS application support, benefits set-up, open enrollment, performance evaluations, and project management support for high-revenue clients.

From 1996 to 2000, Erin Minella attended Georgetown College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Media Studies, with a minor in Psychology.
