Erin Ruark

Erin Ruark has a diverse work experience, starting with their roles at The Ohio State University as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from September 2007 to June 2009. After that, they worked at Resource as a Human Resources Coordinator from January 2011 to December 2012, followed by a promotion to Manager of Human Resources from January 2013 to October 2014. Erin then joined Ahalogy as a Manager of Human Resources from October 2014 to March 2015. Erin later worked at Totes Isotoner as the Manager of Human Resources & Organizational Development from March 2015 to October 2017. Currently, Erin is employed at Paycor, where they held several HR-related roles starting as a Senior HR Business Partner from October 2017 to June 2019. Erin then became a Principal HR Business Partner from July 2019 to April 2021, followed by a promotion to Senior Principal HR Business Partner from April 2021 to September 2021. Erin then served as the Director of HR Business Partner from August 2021 to November 2023. Erin is currently the Vice President of HR Business Partner at Paycor starting from November 2023.

Erin Ruark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Neuroscience from The Ohio State University. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Center for Creative Leadership 360 Assessment Certification from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2021, and Insights Discovery Certified Practitioner from Insights in 2019.
