Joe Zhou

Joe Zhou is a Senior Software Engineer at Paycor since May 2015, bringing extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Previously, Joe served as a Technical Team Lead at BTerrell Group, LLP from September 2013 to May 2015, and as a Project Manager at CodePartners, LLC from December 2008 to September 2013. Earlier in Joe's career, notable roles included Lead Software Developer at Moyes & Co., Inc. from 2001 to 2008, and Software Engineer at SINOPEC Engineering Incorporation (SEI) from 1996 to 1999. Joe holds an M.B.A. with a focus on Management Information Systems from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, and has advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering, including a Master’s from Northeast Petroleum University and a Bachelor of Science from Harbin Institute of Technology.
