McKenzie Harper

McKenzie Harper has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. McKenzie started their career at Western & Southern Financial Group in 2005 as an IPS Implementation Manager and later transitioned to roles such as Programmer Analyst, Sr. Programmer Analyst, and Technical Analyst in Enterprise Architecture. In 2015, McKenzie joined Paycor where they held various positions including Software Engineer II, Senior Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, Manager of Product Development, Director of Product Development, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Development.

McKenzie Harper attended Cincinnati State Technical and Community College from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they studied Computer Programming and Database Management. Prior to their time at Cincinnati State, McKenzie attended the University of Cincinnati from 2003 to 2006, where they focused on Political Science.
