Steve Verdin

Steve Verdin has extensive work experience in facilities management and construction. Steve worked at Paycor as the Senior Director of Facilities, where they were responsible for managing all aspects of corporate real estate and facilities. During their time there, they doubled the office space portfolio to meet growth demands and implemented a strategy to go 100% virtual in 2020, resulting in the disposal of several locations through subleasing and buyouts.

Prior to Paycor, Steve worked at Cassidy Turley as a Project Manager from 2010 to 2016. Steve also held various roles at Industrial Developments International, Inc., where they served as a Construction Manager, and at Messer Construction Co., where they worked as a Project Development Senior Manager and Senior Estimator.

Before that, Steve was employed at Cincinnati United Contractors as the Manager of Pre-Construction and Estimator. In these positions, they successfully worked on design/build projects and developments. Overall, Steve Verdin has a strong background in facilities management, construction management, and project development.

Steve Verdin attended the University of Cincinnati from 1991 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
