Swati Garodia is currently the EVP, Chief Strategy / Growth Officer at Paycor, a leading HR software company, where Swati focuses on building new business ventures and growth strategies. Prior to this, Swati held various executive roles at Thomson Reuters, including Global Head of Know-How and Chief Product Officer for the Tax & Accounting Division. Swati also has experience in business development, product management, and strategic planning in industries such as energy and consumer electronics. Swati holds an MBA in Strategy & Finance from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
