Swati Garodia

Swati Garodia is the Chief Strategy Officer at Paycor. Swati has over 18 years of experience in product management, strategy, and product development.

Swati started their career as a Business Development Manager at Penguin Electronics, where they were responsible for developing and managing relationships with key customers. Swati then transitioned to Genpact, where they led the Analytics COE. In this role, they were responsible for driving the analytics strategy and operations for the company.

After a brief stint as a Consulting Analyst at PA Consulting, Swati joined Thomson Reuters in July 2008. At Thomson Reuters, Swati held various roles, including Divisional CPO / Global Head of Products, Tax and Accounting. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of 500+ strategists, product managers, designers, and content / editorial experts to build and ship software and information products. Swati also drove portfolio strategy, product vision, and end-to-end product lifecycle management for the $1B+ Tax and Accounting Professionals product portfolio.

In May 2021, Swati joined Paycor as the Chief Strategy Officer. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing Paycor's growth strategy.

Swati Garodia has an MBA in Strategy & Finance from Questrom School of Business at Boston University, a PGPCM in Marketing and Communications from MICA | The School of Ideas, and a Bachelors in Engineering in Electronics and Computer Science from University of Mumbai.

Swati Garodia reports to Raul Villar Jr., CEO. They are on a team with Rick Huff - Chief Information Officer, Joe Meyer - Chief Technology Officer, and Adam Ante - Chief Financial Officer.
