Rachel Lopez

Rachel Lopez has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the healthcare and technology industries. Most recently, they served as the Senior Director of Account Management at Paydhealth, LLC. Prior to that, Rachel worked as the Director of Client Services at OneDigital and as the Vice President of Client Experience at Cost Plus Advisors, LLC. Rachel also has experience in account management at Group & Pension Administrators. Rachel's early career includes positions as an Enterprise Account Manager at Rackspace and a Strategic Account Executive at UMR, where they demonstrated expertise in managing client relationships, project management, and interpreting business intelligence. Throughout their career, Rachel has proven to be a valuable asset in driving customer success and retention.

Rachel Lopez attended Texas Tech University from 1993 to 2000, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Rachel later attended San Antonio College from 2002 to 2005, focusing on Business Administration. In 2015, Rachel obtained a Scrum Master Certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
