Sharon Amitai Eli has a long and varied work experience. Sharon started their career in 2010 as an Intelligence Analyst with Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps. In 2012, they moved to Percepto as a Customer Project Manager. In 2014, they joined WalkMe® as a Digital Adoption Consultant, and eventually worked their way up to Global Head of Services QA and Director, Partner Development. In 2019, they joined Sisense as a Customer Success Manager and Strategic Customer Success Manager. In 2021, they moved to PayEm as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Manager, Customer Success Group. Finally, in 2022, they joined SixFigures as a CS Lecturer & Mentor.
