Immad Qureshi

Immad Qureshi has over 14 years of work experience in various roles. Immad most recently worked as the Manager of Business Intelligence Reporting at Payfare Inc. since April 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Senior BI Reporting Analyst and QA Lead at Peoples Group from March 2019 to April 2020. Immad also held the position of Senior Operations Analyst at the same company from January 2018 to March 2019.

Before joining Peoples Group, Immad worked at Home Trust Company where they held the role of Business Operations Analyst. Immad was responsible for coordinating incidents, conducting analysis and investigations, and preparing monthly reports critical for revenue and portfolio analyses. Immad also provided second-level support, identified improvement opportunities, and assisted the IT team with testing, requirement gathering, and end user training. Immad acted as a Subject Matter Expert for the Merchant-Tools Application and supervised and mentored a team.

Prior to that, Immad worked as a Merchant Support Analyst at Home Trust - PSiGate, where they managed merchant accounts, performed month-end reporting, and assisted with risk management. Immad also provided support to merchants, coordinated incident responses, and maintained accurate records of incidents.

Early in their career, Immad worked at Wal-Mart Canada, where they served as an Assistant Department Manager and Sales & Service Associate.

Overall, Immad Qureshi has gained extensive experience in business intelligence reporting, operations analysis, support and mentoring roles, and risk management.

From 2008 to 2012, Immad Qureshi attended Ryerson University, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Finance & Global Management.

In 2014 and 2015, Immad Qureshi pursued further education at Sheridan College, earning a Certificate in Business Analysis.

In 2019 and 2020, Immad Qureshi enrolled at CIMT College, where they obtained a Certificate in Business Intelligence Reporting.

In addition to their formal education, Immad Qureshi has also obtained several certifications. In January 2021, they became certified as an MCSA: BI Reporting by Microsoft. In July 2020, they completed the "Analyzing & Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI" course offered by Microsoft. Immad Qureshi also obtained a Microsoft Technology Associate certification in Database Administration Fundamentals in April 2020.
