Mike Hibberd

Mike Hibberd has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Mike is currently working as a Product Manager at Payfare Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this, they were an Advisor at Kameo from January 2020 to March 2023. From August 2019 to October 2022, Mike co-founded, served as COO, and CPO at Willow. Mike gained extensive expertise in claims management as a Senior Claims Specialist at Chubb from May 2012 to December 2019. Mike also served as the COO at Wuxly Movement from December 2015 to April 2017, where they significantly contributed to the company's growth through marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives. Additionally, they had leadership experience as the Varsity Tennis Captain and Head Coach at McGill University, leading the Men's Varsity Tennis Team and establishing the Women's Varsity Tennis Team. Mike began their career with internships at Arch Insurance Group and Beach & Associates.

Mike Hibberd completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a major in General Management and concentrations in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship at McGill University from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including the Chief Compliance Officers Qualifying Examination (CCO) from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) in March 2020, the Partners, Directors and Senior Officers Course (PDO) from CSI in January 2020, the Canadian Securities Course from CSI in October 2019, the Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies certification from Stanford University in 2017, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2018.
