Amélie Gautier

Amélie Gautier serves as a VOC program manager at PayFit since November 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating Voice of the Customer initiatives, analyzing customer data for actionable insights, and developing AI assistants. Previously, Amélie worked as a Customer Operations Manager - Content Expert, facilitating customer service efficiency through tool implementation and content creation. From May 2017 to November 2022, Amélie was the content manager at Captain Contrat, managing an extensive content factory and blog, as well as coordinating communication efforts.
