Sibylle Danton

Sibylle Danton has extensive experience in customer success and operations management, currently serving as Director CS Transversal Process at PayFit France since September 2019. In this role, Sibylle has held various leadership positions including Team Lead for Customer Success and Customer Care. Prior to PayFit, experience was gained at Weekendesk from June 2015 to July 2019 as Area Manager, overseeing a portfolio of 110 partners in the South-East region of France, and previously as Market Manager managing 235 partners in Normandy and surrounding areas. Earlier roles include consulting for Cook&Go and sales and marketing responsibilities at Oroma, along with internship experience at Hôtel Métropole Bruxelles. Sibylle holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from IESEG School of Management and has studied business administration at Hanyang University.
