Steve Mathews

Steve has more than 20 years of investment banking experience. Steve worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he originated and executed M&A advisory, public and private debt and equity capital raising transactions primarily in the financial services sector. Steve was the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of a private equity-owned consolidator for which he raised over $100 million of capital and completed 20 acquisitions.

Steve earned an MBA in Finance & Economics from Columbia Business School with Honors and a BS in Accounting Summa Cum Laude from Fordham University where he was a Presidential Scholar (Full Academic Scholarship) and Valedictorian.
