Chris Irwin has a long and varied work experience, beginning with their service in the US Army from 1999-2004, where they served as a Track Vehicle Repair and learned leadership and motivational skills. In 2004, they began working at May Technology and Mfg, Inc. as the IT Manager, responsible for all aspects of the company's Information Technology Department. In 2011, they moved to Technisource as a Systems Administrator, followed by a similar role at Pivot International, Inc. in 2012. In 2014, they began working at Propet LLC as a Business Analyst/IT Administrator, and in 2015 they moved to Safefleet as an ERP Administrator. In 2019, they began working at Faultless Brands as a Director of IT, Business Systems Manager and Business Analyst. Currently, they are a Client Integration Manager at PayIt, starting in 2022.

Chris Irwin's education history includes an MBA from MidAmerica Nazarene University, a BS in Information Technology from University of Phoenix, Kansas City Campus, and two AAS degrees in Computer Networking and Computer Programming from Northwest Iowa Community College.
