Jessica Valerio has been working in the IT field since 2013. Jessica began their career as an Assembly Developer at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they were responsible for overseeing numerous aspects of company operations, including assembly motorcycles from the beginning to the end and working with the electrical part of the motorcycles and engine assembly. In 2014, they began working at Park University as an ITS Associate and Student Worker, where they were responsible for placing software into products, achieving computer system objectives, protecting clients information, and assisting the Nursing program by performing tasks which enhanced the time management skills of the Director, Faculty, and staff. In 2015, Jessica began working at Kansas City Power & Light as a Data Center Associate/ IT Infrastructure and Architecture, where they were in charge of maintaining, monitoring, upgrading, and creating high-quality documentation related to the KCP&L datacenter architecture. Jessica also participated in projects to included NERC CIP audit activities, power, and cooling upgrades, user access, DCIM evaluation, and implementation of future planning activities. In 2021, Jessica began working at American Digital Security (ADS) as an Information Technology Support Manager, where they were responsible for providing high-quality customer service in a timely and effective manner. Jessica also provided tier 1 and tier 2 user and desktop support, addressed hardware and software issues and service requests reported to IT, and completed tickets on time and within SLAs. Also in 2021, Jessica began working at Dynamic Consultants Group as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant, where they were responsible for creating solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, creating, testing, and utilizing flows that autmate tasks in every aspect of the business, creating, launching, editing, and maintaining PowerApps. In 2020, Jessica founded Learning Careers Environment, where they successfully planned and executed the Mobile APP and Management strategies for entire project implementation, had exceptional knowledge on App startups, and displayed a high level of professionalism, maturity, and personal integrity among team members and users. Jessica also lead a cross-cultural Team of 10 employees both India and Mexico. Finally, in 2022, Jessica began working at PayIt as an Engineering Support Specialist.
Jessica Valerio has a diverse education history. From 2010 to 2014, they attended Metropolitan Community College-Maple Woods and obtained an Associates in Arts degree. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Park University and obtained a B.S in Information and Computer Science. During this time, they also attended Metropolitan Community College-Business & Technology and obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Systems Gen Ed. In addition to their formal education, Jessica Valerio has obtained numerous certifications from LinkedIn, Power Quality University, and Schneider Electric.
