Kyla McAuliffe has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they began working for PayIt as a Client Success Manager and a Sales Development Representative. In 2019, they began working for 1 Million Cups Organizer as a Community Organizer, and also founded Dart. In 2020, they became the Senior Vice President of the International Business Club at the UMKC Henry W. Bloch School of Management. Kyla also began working for UMKC Enactus as a Director of Project Creation on the Executive Board, a Project Lead for the Pegasus Project, and a Project Manager for the Foster KC Project and the Pegasus Project. In 2011, they began working for KMcA Consulting as a Small Business and Start-up Consultant. In 2014, they became the Director of Marketing and Development for Dramatic Truth Ballet Theatre. In 2009, they began working for Arbonne International LLC as a District Manager. In 1998, they began working for Integrity Network Services as a Client Experience & Agent Relations Manager. In 2001, they began working for Avon as a Sales Associate and earned the President's Club title for two consecutive years.
Kyla McAuliffe has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, which they obtained between 2019 and 2021. Before that, they obtained a Liberal Arts - AA and General Sciences - AS from Johnson County Community College between 2016 and 2018. In addition, they have a diploma from Bishop Miege High School. Kyla has also obtained two certifications: "Driving to Close" from JB Sales in January 2022, and "Filling the Funnel" from JB Sales in December 2021.
