Mallory Klenda

Mallory Klenda has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters. In 2012, they became a Student Manager at Emporia State University, followed by an IT Intern position at Koch Supply & Trading in 2014. In 2015, they returned to Emporia State University as a Student Admin Solutions Tech, and then went back to Koch Supply & Trading as a Business Analyst and Product Owner. In 2021, they began their current role as a Product Manager and Associate Product Manager at PayIt, where they are the Product Owner for AutoPay and eBilling features and has gained experience in the payments industry in the US and Canada.

Mallory Klenda obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, General from Emporia State University in 2015. Mallory also holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification obtained in September 2020 from the Agile Scrum Alliance\u2120, as well as a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) certification obtained in April 2017 from the Agile Scrum Alliance\u2120.
