Rebekah Daniels, MBA has held a variety of roles in their career. Rebekah began their professional career in 2003 with Prudential Financial as a Financial Services Representative. In 2005, they joined the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency as an Assistant National Bank Examiner. In 2006, they moved to Prudential Retirement as a Customer Service Representative. From 2016-2020, they worked at Shippo, beginning as a Customer Success Representative, then promoted to a Customer Success Representative II and Program Specialist of Customer Success. Most recently, they have been with PayIt since 2020, starting as a Customer Care Lead and progressing to Manager of Customer Care, Sr. Manager of Customer Care, and Director of Client Operations.

Rebekah Daniels holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Kansas School of Business, which they obtained in 2021. Rebekah also holds a Bachelor of Science - BS from Palm Beach Atlantic University, which they obtained in 2002. Her field of study was Applied Finance & Accounting, Business Management. Rebekah has also obtained three certifications from Coursera: People Analytics (2019), Operations Analytics (2018), and Customer Analytics (2018).
