Joel Ross

Joel Ross has held a variety of roles in the software industry since 2002. Joel began their career as a Software Developer at Sagestone Consulting in 2002, where they managed the project development lifecycle, including software development, assigning tasks, tracking current task status, organizing status meetings, and obtaining client sign off for completed tasks. Joel then moved on to NuSoft Solutions in 2005, where they served as an Architect. In 2008, they joined RCM Technologies in the same role, and also developed and maintained the Kinetic Framework, which has since been released as an open source project.

In 2008, they also joined TrackAbout, Inc. as a Software Development Manager, where they led a team of developers and quality assurance analysts, was responsible for project implementations for their largest clients, and managed development from initial design through testing. In 2007, they founded Pay It 2, and in 2003, they founded Develomatic, LLC.

In 2016, they became President of Augusto Digital, specializing in digital product development. In 2018, they co-founded LOFT, providing comprehensive support and optimization services for digital products. In 2019, they co-founded CrewPay, and in 2020, they became Partner at Digital Growth Partners, a sales and marketing team for SaaS and digital products.

Joel Ross earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering from Michigan State University between 1995 and 1999. In August 2020, they obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
