Brian Sperling has over 10 years of sales experience in the tech industry. Brian began their career in 2011 as an Account Executive at Citrix Systems, where they were promoted to Senior Account Executive in the Corporate Sales division. In 2013, they moved to Invoca as a Senior Account Executive. Later that same year, they joined AppFolio, Inc. as the Director of Sales for MyCase, where they were responsible for sales quotas, territories, incentive plans, go-to-market process/collateral, and performance reviews/improvement. Brian was also the Director of Value Added Services, where they managed a team across multiple geographies and was a key stakeholder in the expansion of the company's GTM sales and operations. In 2020, they were the Senior Director of Sales at MyCase, following its acquisition from AppFolio by Apax Partners. Brian was responsible for leading all sales motion across both new and existing logos. Currently, they are the Director of Sales at PayJunction, where they are responsible for fueling revenue growth with the Sales Team, upleveling and expansion, as well as enhancing processes to a best-in-class framework.
Brian Sperling has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as a Master of Education from Loyola University Maryland. Brian also holds certifications from the U.S. Coast Guard, Montessori Center of Minnesota Teacher Training, Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), Boy Scouts of America, Federal Communications Commission, and American Red Cross. These certifications include a 500-ton Captain/Mate License, an AMI Diploma in Elementary Education and Training, an AMI Diploma in Primary Education, an Eagle Scout Award, a Radio Operator certification, and a Wilderness/Remote Location First Aid certification.
