Hortense Lachevre has worked in various roles in the consumer goods industry since 2015. From 2015-2017, they were an Assistant Chef de Projet/Design at W&cie. In 2017, they worked as a Haircare & Skincare Marketing Assistant at International Flavors & Fragrances. In 2018, they worked as an Assistante Trade Marketing & Category Management - Consumer Beauty at Coty, and as an Assistante Chef de Projet Marketing Client at Monoprix. From 2019-2022, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager - FMCG and a Customer Success Manager Brands at budgetbox. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at PayLead.

Hortense Lachevre obtained their Diplôme Universitaire Technologique from IUT Paris Descartes in 2015, after studying Techniques de Commercialisation from 2013 to 2015. Hortense then went on to pursue an MSc in International Marketing & Business Development at SKEMA Business School, which they completed in 2019.
