Kofi Tolbert is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in technical recruiting and managerial roles. Currently serving as the Principal Talent Acquisition Partner - Technical at Paylocity since September 2021, Kofi has previously held the position of Manager, Talent Acquisition - Technical. Prior experience includes roles as a Technical Recruiter at Amazon Web Services and Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition at Abbott, as well as serving as Sr. Resource Development Manager at Modis. Kofi's extensive recruiting expertise encompasses a wide range of roles, including C-Suite executives, systems engineers, and IT specialists, across various industries. Kofi began the career as a Recruiter at Aerotek Professional Services and has also gained early experience through internships with the Police Department in Buckhannon, WV, and the City Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, CA. Kofi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
