Martin Destagnol

Martin Destagnol is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Engineering Director for Core Platform at Paylocity, overseeing 18 teams and managing critical initiatives such as Marketplaces, External Developer Portal, APIs, and Headcount Planning. Prior to this role, Martin was the Co-founder and CTO of Trace, a modern workforce planning platform. Martin has held multiple senior positions at Box from Director of Product and Engineering to Senior Engineering Manager, primarily focusing on mobile and web applications. Martin's entrepreneurial journey includes founding Folders, a company acquired by Box, and Plyce, a geolocated social network. Martin co-founded Majes, a web agency with prominent clients, and served as an Account Manager at Fullsix UK, delivering strategic marketing solutions for notable brands. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Large Project Management from HEC Paris and ISAE-SUPAERO, along with an engineering degree in Computer Science and Electronics from ESIEA.
