Mitch Sims

Mitch Sims is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in enterprise sales, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Sales at Paylocity since June 2020, achieving 178% of plan in FY'23 and leading a top-performing team. Prior to Paylocity, Mitch held multiple roles at Ultimate Software from December 2015 to June 2020, including Enterprise Account Executive, Business Development Manager, and Strategic Development Manager. Mitch's earlier career includes positions at ADP, Coldiron Companies, and Northwestern Mutual, where roles ranged from Comprehensive Services Consultant to Financial Representative. Mitch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
