Nate Rich

Nate Rich is an experienced professional in operations management and risk mitigation, currently serving as the Manager of Operations Risk Mitigation at Paylocity since May 2025. Previously, Nate held various roles at Paychex from May 2000 to May 2025, including Manager of IT Operations Center, Situational Lead, and Project Manager I and II. Nate also has a background in sports coaching, having served as the Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Midlakes High School from November 2011 to March 2022 and as the JV Girls Head Basketball Coach at Phelps-Clifton Springs School District from November 2006 to October 2011. Nate Rich earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Financial Planning and a minor in Economics from St. John Fisher University between 1999 and 2003.
