Ron Ratzlaff

Ron Ratzlaff is a seasoned software engineer with over three decades of experience in various roles within the technology and banking sectors. Presently serving as a Staff Engineer at Paylocity since February 2017, Ron previously held the position of Developer Lead at TrackAbout, Inc., focusing on enhancing web and mobile product offerings. Additional roles include Senior Software Developer at TrackAbout, Software Engineer at CONIX Systems, Systems Engineer IV at US Bank, Senior Technical Specialist at Mercantile Bank, and Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems. Ron's expertise encompasses the design, development, and support of enterprise-level applications primarily using the Microsoft stack, as well as mainframe application support with COBOL and MVS Assembler. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
