Jenna Jayaratne

Jenna Jayaratne is an HR Business Partner at the Payment Systems Regulator since June 2022, bringing extensive experience from HSBC where Jenna held various roles including Data Operations and Business Manager, Business Manager, Business Analyst, Assistant Risk Manager, and Service and Sales Manager from June 2003 to January 2022. Jenna earned a Level 5 CIPD in HR from Avado between 2020 and 2021, and also completed a Prince2 certification through Reed Learning. Jenna's foundational education was completed at Hornsey School for Girls from 1995 to 2002.
