Tom Kiedrowski

Tom Kiedrowski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tom has worked as a Lead Associate in Compliance Monitoring at the Payment Systems Regulator since 2020. Prior to that, they held positions as a Senior Associate in Supervision and Compliance Monitoring as well as in the Policy Division, where they worked on regulatory reform projects and the development of the PSR's strategy.

Tom was a Trustee at Golden Leaves Funeral Plans, where they helped manage funds to cover the increasing cost of funeral services in compliance with The Financial Services and Markets Act 2001.

In 2014, Tom founded and served as the Managing Director of The Cedar Tree Advisory Service Ltd for seven years. Tom'scompany provided consultancy services, interim support, and training to various clients worldwide, including governments, regulators, and companies.
