Christian Liebelt is currently the Head of People Experience at paymenttools. Previously, Christian held various HR and customer service roles at PlusServer and has experience in areas such as Net Promoter Score, Customer Relationship Management, and Customer Touchpoint Management. Prior to that, Christian worked in the hospitality industry, serving as a team leader concierge at Hyatt Regency and a concierge at InterContinental Hotels Group. Christian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism- & Eventmanagement from FHDW Bergisch Gladbach.
